Here's a quick summary of what we were up to this month.
- We settled back in, living aboard in a boatyard again. It's back to basics -- hot & humid days with no air-conditioning and cold showers.
- After leaving the boat for such a long period of time it was inevitable that we'd have lots to clean -- dust & mold everywhere!
- We re-gassed our Waeco fridge, replaced the drawer sliders in the galley, replaced the switch on the wash down pump, replaced the latches on the main door with stainless steel ones, installed a fan in the saloon, removed the rotted wood in the saloon, re-attached the awning rail onto the bimini which holds the shade cloth in the cockpit {which fell off while we were away}, installed and aligned the rudders.
- Sounds like we accomplished a lot, but the list of boat projects and repairs is still long and somehow growing..
- Oh, and RAPTOR turned TWENTY!
